Extremely disappointing experience

My food order has been in transit for 25+ days and still has not been delivered. Tracking has shown “Out for Delivery” since August 21, with no delivery or meaningful update.

Despite repeatedly contacting the courier and seller, I have received no proper resolution or accountability. I finally had to open a dispute for a refund.

International shipping delays can happen, but leaving a customer without their order, clear answers, or a resolution is unacceptable
