Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving payment and confirmation.
E-Puja and temple service bookings are processed as per the selected date and temple schedule.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer delivery across all major cities and towns in India.
Standard delivery time: 5-8 business days (may vary during peak seasons or festivals).
Remote area delivery may take additional 2-4 days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries.
Delivery time: 10-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, delivery location, and service type at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on selected items or during special promotions.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as temple schedules, natural calamities, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.
In case of significant delays, our support team will notify you promptly.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All items are packed with utmost care and devotion.
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or tracking details. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
You can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Return & Refund Policy – Punya Bhavna
At Punya Bhavna, we take pride in offering authentic prasad, pooja items, Ganga Jal, and temple services that are carried out with utmost devotion and sanctity. Since our offerings are religious in nature, some items are non-returnable. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Non-Returnable Items
Temple Prasad, Ganga Jal, and Food Offerings – These are perishable and sanctified items, hence cannot be returned or exchanged.
E-Puja & Bhandara Services – Once booked and performed in your name, these are considered fulfilled services and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returnable Items
Pooja Items & Accessories (Non-Perishable) – Diyas, incense, kalash, rudraksha, etc., can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is defective or damaged.
The wrong item was delivered.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Refunds

Approved refunds (for eligible returns or cancelled orders before processing) will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Items
