Rrturn & Refund Policy 

At Punya Bhavna, we take pride in offering authentic prasad, pooja items, Ganga Jal, and temple services that are carried out with utmost devotion and sanctity. Since our offerings are religious in nature, some items are non-returnable. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

Temple Prasad, Ganga Jal, and Food Offerings – These are perishable and sanctified items, hence cannot be returned or exchanged.

E-Puja & Bhandara Services – Once booked and performed in your name, these are considered fulfilled services and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returnable Items

Pooja Items & Accessories (Non-Perishable) – Diyas, incense, kalash, rudraksha, etc., can be returned within 7 days of delivery if: (The item is defective or damaged) and (The wrong item was delivered).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (for eligible returns or cancelled orders before processing) will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.

  • Once dispatched or services have been performed, cancellation is not possible.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund (if applicable).
